This project utilizes medium width stainless steel manufactured by Yantai Bohai Sea steel Co., Ltd. to produce the welded tube of stainless steel and decorating tube. The welded tube of stainless steel is widely applied to the petrochemical, papermaking, medical, sewage disposal, corrosion-resistant fluid of industry, internal and external decorations of building , municipal works ,etc. With the fast and steady improvement of the national economy there will be great market potential for the products. The annual output of stainless welded tube, stainless decorating tube will be 20,000 tons and 4,000 tons respectively with the sales income of US$ 60.4 million. The project is very close to Yantai Bohai Sea steel Co., Ltd, which covers an area of 33.3 hectares. It has already become a comprehensive steel company with welding, succession cast, rolling steel, deep processing and marketing. The capacity of annual output is 100,000 tons, the main product is 200, 300, 400 serial line, stainless steel bar and small-scale material.
The project lies in Daxindian county of Penglai city, 50 km from the Yantai Airport and Yantai Port to the east, border on the Muhuang Road with superior geographical position. Penglai New Port is a national first-class open port with the annual handling capacity of 10 million tons. It owns complete inspecting agencies including the Customs, the Inspecting and Quarantine Agency. Navigation lines to Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Lvshun and Dalian has been opened up. The project possesses excellent construction condition, the potential market of the products is wide, the economic benefits are remarkable.
